Who else get’s excited about the Thanksgiving Turkey, stuffing, gravy and whatever else will be on your table?
I know I am and if you ask yourself if it is Ok to stuff yourself one day a year? I can honestly tell you: Yes it is.

I do however encourage you to do this little workout challenge in the morning, which will take away the guilt you may otherwise feel after Thanksgiving dinner.

If you can go on a 30 min run in the morning. That kick-starts your metabolism and burns a couple more calories before the feast. 😉

Turkey Burning Challenge:

50 jumping Jacks

5 push-ups

20 sit-ups

20 mountain climbers

60-second plank

10 burpees

Repeat 2 more times!
