For today’s post, I have another delicious recipe for you. When thinking about healthy food, we either come up with things that are fuelling and taste so so or we go blank and make something that’s rather enjoyable, but not all that healthy. Since “Abs” are mainly made in the kitchen, we should have nutritious, healthy and enjoyable food at all times.

This recipe is the start for a “healthy eating” series, and since we start with breakfast, this is something that you can either have for breakfast or a snack in between meals.

Here we go:

1 cup of fat-free Greek Yogurt (I like Chobani)
½ cup Peaches, Mangos or 1 banana, whatever you prefer or have at home
1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter
½ Teaspoon of unsweetened Coconut Flakes
½ Teaspoon of Cocoa Nibs

If you need to sweeten it a bit more, use Stevia or Truvia.
