Happy “yes it is still” summer!
With the summer weather, vacation times, kids at home and what else is going on during your day, you may find it hard to squeeze in that one hour a day workout, but on the other hand you don`t just want to skip your workouts for 3 months.

I hear you, you are not alone. For those days where I can barely find the time to eat or just breathe, there are some quick but very effective workouts you can do in just 10-15 minutes. It`s not only short and doable but brings back some of the energy you might have lost during your day.

 

Todays workout:

10 minutes Ab routine:

20 crunches
10 bicycle crunches
1 minute plank on toes
30 x Russian Twist
30 seconds Mountain climbers
20 reverse crunches
10 v-ups
45 seconds side plank – left side
45 seconds side plank – right side
10 up-down planks
10 bicycle crunches
1 Minute plank on toe

 

Don`t forget to drink that water and get a little snack, so your muscles get back what they lost and need to grow.
